Regulations and Procedure for Booking of Rooms



** A printout of the reservation record with supervisor’s endorsement should be submitted to General Office within three days from the reservation is created in the system. The booking will be withdrawn and the room will be released for other reservation if the endorsement haven't submitted before deadline.

  1. All rooms should not be used for non-teaching/non-research purposes except special permission is obtained.
  2. Users should take full responsibilities (including properties and safety) when using the rooms.
  3. Users are responsible to keep the room discipline, i.e. eating, drinking, smoking, shouting, dancing are strictly forbidden in the room.
